So, yeah, I was considering getting a Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in CIS. However, I wanted some different seasoned perceptions from those well versed in hiring practices inorder to gauge the feasibility of having a Business/IT Analytic Consulting, Managerial job with a BBA in CIS. (Add fuel to my fire or splash cold water on it. No worries) As the business world turns it's ear more and more to tech-saavy customers, I feel that that having technical knowledge and support experience along with business breadth would be a good sell to employers.
Background check: Less than a year professional experience in field which is progressively growing. Almost two including self employment. No degree, haven't started yet. One cert.(A+). 18 - 24 age bracket. Do not want to work in a support role or programmer role for rest of my life. I work now doing technician work at a large bank and it's branches. I decided it would be better to get experience now before going to school so while in school I can acquire an education and experience.(Two birds. One stone. Happy camper

I was lucky enough to even get a job without a degree and just my A+ but I am ultimately looking to be in a Business-related IT position doing consulting, technical account management or analytics.
As I read the threads the past week, I seen people with ostensibly valuable insight in hiring practices, or people who downright work in hiring.
What would you're initial or conclusive thought be when you see someone with a BBA in CIS applying for the position?
