i dont know if iv done something wrong. i did post a thread, then someone replied, asking me a question, i also replied. however by mistake iv refreshed the page, then i had a message saying that i shouldn't have done that. i also been given red card,

The URL that you said you were trying to DL from was probably a ****, which violates the Certification Vendor's NDAs and is highly frowned upon in these forums. That would be my guess.
