The book from Sybex is out. Dont know if its good or not though. Microsoft's Books are an okay read. Exam Ref not so helpful.
Use Microsoft Virtual Academy to build your knowledge.
Take the exam objectives and Technet the hell out of them.
Also another fellow TE Member wrote a couple of threads about the 410 and 411 resources. His Names is Asif Dahl. Look those up for more details.
And lastly best of luck !
Just a friendly reminder. MCSA - Update for R2 Content will be done on Jan1st 2014. So plan accordingly.Work In Progress - RHCA [ ] Certified Cloud Security Professional [ ] GMON/GWAPT if Work Study is accepted [ ]

Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□Yeah the Training Kit usually refers the the MS Press books because that's how they refered to them. Now it's the "Exam Ref" or "Training Guide"..
Check my 70-410, 70-411, 70-412 threads for TechNet articles and other resources. The MS Press Exam Ref is pretty lightweight and the Sybex MCSA 2012 book is all over the place for objectives. So TechNet would be a good resource to go over.
As Chanakyajupudi says R2 is coming out, so try and get 70-410 before the exam changes. The MS Press 70-411 & 70-412 books will have R2 in them already when they are released in a few months time.
Good luck with the studies! -

sacredboy Member Posts: 303 ■■■□□□□□□□Guys, if measure in percentage then how much percents do the CBT NUGGETS coupled with TrainSignal cover each of MCSA tracks?Best, sacredboy!

Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□I haven't gone through 410 CBT Nuggets or Train Signal yet, but from past experience it usually pretty good - as for a percentage I dunno what to give you, say 80%. The videos are done before the books come out so the only thing they have is the exam objectives to work on. Just using videos is not enough to get you over the line, and neither is the books, you really need to look things up on TechNet to pass Microsoft exams successfully. There is only one MCSA but multiple MCSE's for Server 2012.
