Horusthesun,
In case you are still wondering this, the 70-642 imho is the easiest of the MCSA / MCITP. I took mine in May so I doubt the exam has changed all that much since then. The 70-643 is the hardest due to all the sharepoint and differences between 2008 and 2008 R2 in terminology. I'd rank them :
70-642
70-680
70-640
70-647
70-643

dehgrah Member Posts: 140 ■■■□□□□□□□You should be okay with the 70-642 since most people claim this to be the easiest of the MCSA/MCITP exams, I'm taking my MCSA Exam within the next few weeks.

Doubtful. I took my net+ and ccna in 2001, renewed in 2004. While ipv4 is fundamental, 70-642 has a lot of ipv6 on it. I think I maybe saw 1 question relating to ipv4. Theres a whole lot of directaccess, VPNs, RRAS, DHCP with relay connectors, etc on this exam. Very little to do with subnetting or routing.
No microsoft exam is easy in my opinion.. but of the 5, this is the easiest.
