Cisco Unified CM administation - Which Resource Access to Apply Configurations

Hello Guys;

Just a long shot. I am currently trying to setup a Cisco Unified CM role for my Service Desk; I am just trying to find out what is the Rescource that I need to allocate (Read and Update) for to allow the Service Desk to be able to Apply configuration/Reset settings to the Database.

Currently When the SD click on the Apply Conifiguration/Reset GUI buttons they recieve a error stating that they are not authorized to access...

Any help would be much appreciated.
