70-686 updated with new material?

I'm planning to take the 70-686 exam in about two weeks. I've been working with MDT 2012 for the last month at my job and feel very comfortable so I figured, why not? I'm currently reading the MS Press 70-686 exam and so far I haven't really learnt anything I didn't know before. However, the book is about old stuff like MDT 2010, SCCM 2007 and MAP 4.0. Does MS still test knowledge of those old solutions or have they replaced their questions with stuff like MDT 2012 and SCCM 2012?

The 70-686 test asks questions about MDT 2010 etc. 70-415 asks questions on MDT 2012 & SCCM 2012 for MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure, but you also need to do 70-416 to achieve that certification.
