Hi All!
I'm not WiFi guy (mostly R&S and Security) but i'm looking to setup a lab in my basement with an office being on the 2nd floor. I don't have any way to run Ethernet between the 2 locations so I'm thinking about using WiFi to do this. I believe the technique is called "mesh mode" but I may be mistaken.
Can anyone suggest some cheap residential devices that I could use to accomplish this? Or at least point me in the right direction?
Thanks!!

Netgear makes a good one I personally have used in my house. Most of the Cisco AP's with automous image can do it also, but will require some higher configs. I would recommend the Netgear for easy setup. Look into Netgear WNCE3001.
