Hello all,
A few months back I posted about a job interview I had with Northrup as a penetration tester. The interview went well and they offered me the position, but they had some issues trying to get my clearance to come over to their system. So they had to retract their offer. So I started looking again. I think I have been to 10 interviews at different companies. I didnt really like what I heard at the interviews etc.
Finally interviewed with GDIT a couple of weeks ago... I liked everything I heard... and I liked the company as well as the team I will be working with. So I accepted the offer for a Senior Principal Systems Administrator. I will start 2 weeks or so after my clearance is transfered over (I had my clearance issues resolved -- lesson learned). I will be their Microsoft and virtualization SME. Pretty awesome title and responsibilities. I expect to learn a bunch!
Its going to be an awesome gig... working with some really smart people. Its a long term contract so I dont have to worry about finding a position again in a year or so.
Thanks to everyone for all your postings about looking for employment etc. It definitely helped me!
