3550 not working

in CCNA & CCENT
Has anyone seen this from a 3550?

Looks to me like maybe it's not getting enough power? Power supply?

My guess is it's toast, but if anyone may have seen this before and has a solution that would be fantastic.

    Just got it from Ebay.

    The seller sent me a working one, so no issue there. Just curious if I can somehow get this one going

    I experienced something similar on Allied telesis unmanaged switch.It just froze with all leds on.then worked for a bit an froze again.Just weird.
    Didnt figure out where is a problem.
