in CCNA & CCENT
Afternoon,
I've received my book this morning and was wondering would i need to purchase the latest CBT Nuggets videos (200-101 by Jeremy) now? Are the old 640-816 videos obsolete for this exam?
I have a slight worry that i'll be missing some vital topics that may have been moved to ICND1 (100-101). i did the old CCENT exam in February. What do you people think? How would you approach 200-101 if you have already passed the old CCENT?
Thanks

I plan to take the new full CCNA exam 200-120 and I purchased Odom's books, ICND1 and ICND2 100-101, 200-101. It is very helpful, if you can get that book and/or the new CBT nugget videos I would definitely recommend it.I am a Jack of all trades, Master of None

Staunchy Member Posts: 180If I'm not mistaken the old ICND2 had OSPF, NAT, VLAN's, ACL, etc which have now been moved to ICND1 100-101. I would definitely recommend that you read the the latest INCD1 100-101 and maybe watch CBT Nuggets ICND1 100-101 video's along side ICND2 200-101 video's if you got access to both.2016 Goals: CCNP R&S, CCNA Security, CCNP Security

Unfortunately i dont think i've got the time and available resources to study both concurrently. I was thinking of completing 200-101 exam and after go through the new ICND1 or old ICND2. What do you think? -
danny069 Member Posts: 1,025 ■■■■□□□□□□People have said CCNP questions have trickled down into the new ICND2, I don't know how true that is, but I assume there will be a lot more questions on IPV6. To get a better understanding of the new material: ICND1(CCENT): 100-101 ICND1 - IT Certification and Career Paths - Cisco Systems ICND2: 200-101 ICND2 - IT Certification and Career Paths - Cisco SystemsI am a Jack of all trades, Master of None
