Hyper-V Manager for Win7 Ult?

Hi all,

am watching a video on TrainSignal and it's got Hyper-V Manger on a Win8 PC and I like the look of it. On the video all the instructor does is enable it in 'Turn Windows Features On And Off'. Is this not available in Win7? Is there a way I can get it? Looked on Microsoft's site and I can download the Server 2012 Hyper-V but can't find a Win7 version. Any ideas or am I out of luck?

It is part of RSAT: Download Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1).

Download, install, and then do the "Turn Windows features on or off".
