Can Anyone Recommend Free Training Resources for CRM Software?

Hey guys, I have an interview coming up next week for a level 2 support position. The posting lists that they are looking for someone with CRM experience particularly Salesforce, Oracle, or Remedy of which I have none. I would really like to brush up on administering this type of software, could anyone recommend any training material for beginners? Any help would be appreciated.
