Exchange
My company just switched their e-mail server to exchange but don't have any qualified/certified people to administer it. How does one get certified in exchange?

There isn't really one. An MCP exam that counts toward an MCSE/MCSA. I would just start using it, exchange isn't very difficult. -

Get a few exchange server reference books and 284 cbt, you should be able manage it.What next?
