How do you word salary requirements?

How do you word salary requirements without low-balling or pricing yourself out of consideration? icon_confused.gif Especially when replying to an online job posting.

    i give a 10k range from

    the lowest i would really except + 5k= lowest range number

    lowest range number -to- 10k added
