How to write a stand-out resume

With TE having seen a host of critique-my-resume threads in the past few weeks, I happened to read the article linked below

and thought I'd share with my TE brethren. PLEASE read if your creating your first resume, refining your current one, or wishing to reinvent the wheel. There are some good points in there.

Good read, I learned a lot from it.

Intersting note however, is that the TE crowd has always (as long as I have been here anyways) advocated not just listing your skills but showing how you use them and listing only the skills/certs nescessary for the job.
