Hi Everyone,
First of all, am glad I found a forum to clear my doubts, to clarify, to discuss & to find a path to enhance my skill sets,
I found interest in ITIL Certification because I am partly associated with quality of Service delivery & Client management on the whole, however my other part of work is I am a functional consultant in ERP Project and do not possess much of coding or development skills, I have worked in this line as domain specialist, implementation specialist & bridge between end user & development & project management team for enhancements & Changes in the product. so now I was advised by friends and some of my collugues that I may take up ITIL certification which will help my career growth, currently this is my first job & have 3 yrs & 5 months of exp.
My Question is : Can someone/anyone advice/suggest me weather this ITIL Certification will help me improve visibility of my CV, boost my career & importantly help me get a good job in the future i.e. after certification ?
