Juniper certification path
I have ccna and want to go with juniper too so what is your recommendation with what to start, materials videos ?

JunOS is a lot more friendly when it comes to virtualization. A quick search comes up with Olive running JunOS and a blog showing you how to set it up on Virtualbox: Sam Russell Central: Creating an Olive with JunOS 12.1 on VirtualBox -

I personally only find the videos useful when trying to grasp new concepts. With the exception of CoS (QoS) and some router architecture theory (control/forwarding planes), the networking fundamentals are the same.
I would not bother with the videos, your CCNA level knowledge should easily get suffice, it will mainly be JUNOS command familiarization. Use the two study guides and the JUNOS as a Second Language flash app found within the Fast Track portal.
