CCFP - Boot Camp
Humbe
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone here has taken the CCFP boot camp ISC2 offers. I'm interested in how hands on is it compared to SANS or any other Forensics boot camp out there.
Thanks !

For what it's worth: I haven't gone to a boot camp, but I did attend an ISC2-sponsored CCFP "clinic" at an IT conference in D.C. yesterday. It was four hours (good for CISSP CPEs!) of instruction by ISC2's Hermann Kelly, who is a cyber forensics pro. Six boot camps have been given, and he's taught five of them. He said the average class size has been 10-ish, and about half of the attendees were CISSPs. He mentioned that one of his classes was mostly Air Force Red Team. It sounds like about half of the 40 hours are devoted to lab simulation - hands on stuff. He said about 15 people have sat for the CCFP exam so far.
