Best site to find up and coming Microsoft Beta Exams?

Like the CSS beta that was released about a year back. Is there a place that the forum recommends keeping an eye out for MS Beta's? Thanks in advance. I found this it looks dated. http://blogs.technet.com/b/betaexams/

you need to sign up so you get the invites with the codes, but the Born to Learn blog is a good place to watch for them.

I am curious, what is the advantage of doing beta exams? Cheaper up front? Have to deal with issues, provide feedback (contributing if you like that), limited material?

It's a trade off between free and limited resources to study for them.

Because of the work that I do, I've passed a few beta exams and that has saved me money. Saying that I've failed a few too, and on those I've gained experience
