In need of Resume Critique

I have attached my resume and have tried my best getting everything into it without over bloating it. But I am still worried that I am not showing how experienced I really am. As I do want to go for the more experienced network engineer jobs.

So if you guys don't mind please give me some feedback on my resume and thank you in advance.

Couple of things:
- Too much white space wasted between lines
- Summary needs to be beefed up. Maybe tie it in with the Qualifications section.
- Remove " References". Not used/needed anymore
- Having been involved in hiring, I hate the bullet fest. Many here agree that the best way of presenting experience is a short paragraph summing up duties and responsibilities followed by a few bullets highlighting key accomplishments, preferably quantifiable ones. This is how you differentiate yourself from a thousand other candidates who can "install, configure, and support."
- Education: why are the bullets indented so far? Looks out of place. Since you included certs, have you considered relabeling the section as Education and Certification?

Here's my advice, note that I'm in the US and am unfamiliar with the way things are done in Austrailia

A few words (my opinions) about resumes.

They are living, breathing things. You should never submit the same resume twice, they should always be tweaked to each specific job posting. If the job posting is asking for skill 1, skill 2, and skill 3, the person looking at it better be able to easily identify how you have skill 1, skill 2, and skill 3. If you don't spend at least 15 minutes customizing each resume you submit, you're doing yourself a disservice. You can have one that you post online, but a resume is never a finished product. You should never say "I've finished writing my resume". You may have finished that draft, but the next one should be tweaked to the next job you apply for.

You basically have 30 to 60 seconds to get someone to decide they need to talk to you. That's how quick I decide when looking at a resume. The function of your resume is to get an interview. It's an advertisement that you create that should say "You're a fool if you don't drop everything and talk to me right now because I'm the most awesome guy for the job you'll ever find"

Specific feedback:

1: Summary statement needs to be redone. It looks like you took an old style objective statement and changed it to summary. I tweak this to every job I send a resume to. Remember, 30 to 60 seconds to get someone to decide to talk to you instead of someone else. Make sure it hits keywords in the job posting. Try something like this:
Highly accomplished Cisco Certified networking professional blah blah keyword 1, blah keyword 2, blah keyword 3. Skilled in managing maintaining and deploying complex network solutions, blah blah blah I'm awesome and you should hire me right now

2: Qualifications, kind of summarize that into your summary statement, create a Summary of Qualifications!

3: Lose references to implied things like wanting to use your education and skill in a challenging manner, being loyal and trustworthy and having references on request. Those things are just sort of implied when applying for a job. No one is going to put "seeking a position where I can collect a check and watch netflix all day while not doing very much work. I don't want to be challenged or interested in my work, and I forgot everything I learned at school. Allowing me to take home office supplies is an extra perk" on a resume.

4: Experience. This shouldn't be a task list. You're telling me what you did at each job. A list of duties. Boring! What did you ACCOMPLISH? What was the end result of your work? Did you improve something? Did you make it more efficient? There are 50 guys in this stack of resumes that can configure firewall rules. How are you going to help my business?

What was the result of you implementing high availability solutions? Did the company increase productivity? Prevent lost sales?
What did your configuration of a F5 LTM LB accomplish?

Compare these two statements

Yours - Experience in the use of various network management tools and software. RADIUS, DHCP

Mine - Utilized network management tools to manage and monitor network performance significantly decreasing unplanned downtime.

You don't have to get too specific, if I want to know more about exactly how you did something, I can ask you during the interview (which is the whole point right?)
