We are testing some software at work and need to test from various locations in Delaware, New York, and Pennsylvania. I need a 1000 locations (places like Starbucks, McDonalds, etc) and currently have about 250. Any suggestions for sites that list the name and address of places offering free wifi?

On November 26th online gambling will be legal in New Jersey, but only those within the state will be allowed to do it. We're testing geolocation software that will be used (at least one of them) to confirm the user's location. We're worried about the areas that are on our borders thus the testing we'll be performing. And yes it will be a lot of driving haha.WIP:

About7Narwhal Member Posts: 761I had read an article about these changes a while ago. One of the main concerns was about proxy servers changing the user's location. Curious how you guys will manage that hurdle.

the_Grinch Member Posts: 4,165 ■■■■■■■■■■Currently, several of the software vendors have various methods on how they detect proxy's/vpn's/RDP sessions and the like. Obviously, I can't go into details on how they do what they do exactly, but they have methods for preventing usage such as that. You guys are correct, there are means/methods for getting around it (or at least attempting too). One method is to go via IP and then the location of your cell phone, which is a method Nevada currently employs with their online poker.WIP:
