Exam question
Am I safe to assume it multiple choice just like most other exams or are there some fill in the blank questions?

This is incorrect. I passed LX0-101, and there were definitely fill-in-the-blank questions without multiple choice. There are questions where there will be a text-box, and you must type the correct command, directory, or utility that completes the description.
