I am altering my resume with right key words, am currently looking for opportunities in SLA, change management & problem management areas.. can pls someone send me a sample resume/the right place to look for/the right key words to apply.. in my resume

pls note: am not in technical area of IT, am completely functional,

Asking other people, who know nothing of your experience, for key words to put into your resume is the complete wrong way to go about this.

Your resume is supposed to be an accurate representation of you and your experience, not a place to mash key words together.

If you're looking for direction to write your resume towards, start with the job descriptions that you're applying for.
