Screen Resolution
Hi
Has anyone heard of this very strange problem
An sysprep image has been created for 6 machines that are all the same using XP Pro. Display settings are left at default. Our profile sets all desktops at 1024 X 768 which is also the default resolution for XP. When anyone logs in on these machines for a split second it displyas the correct resolution but then goes to a 800 X 600.
The image was created on one of the bases using a 15" monitor although in the room there all 17" monitors.
I have never seen this issue before.

When i log in as administrator the desktop does the opposite, it will be 800 X 600 for a split second but then go to 1024 X 768, this is using 17 inch monitors, we have redone the image using a 17" monitor and all is fine but still not convinced as to what caused it.
