ROUTE Exam Question regarding IPv6

This question is directed towards anyone who has already taken the route exam recently. How much IPv6 questions are actually on the exam? I'm just curious how much of my time should be spent doing IPv6 labs. Seems like maybe it would be a good idea to just migrate everything to IPv6 and do all my labs in IPv6 effectively killing two birds with one stone. What are your thoughts on this?

No one can tell you how many IPv6 (or any other topic) questions are on the exam.
An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.

Understood. Well I guess I'll just go for broke, and do everything in IPv6, the more I work with IPv6, the more I feel comfortable with it. I want to be the best network engineer I can be, so having too much knowledge for an exam is not a problem.

Study your IPv6. Cisco has been making IPv6 a priority for a while now. Plus, its kinda cool and easy if you studied it fully at the CCNA level.

Trust me once you get the basics of it down, you'll fly right through it.

Don't be intimidated; half the pages are about implementing IPv6 routing protocols which should be fairly straightforward if you know IPv4.

IPv6 is really easy because once you understand how it works, everything is very similar from IPv4 protocols. I know some people who got a lot of IPv6 questions in the exam and some that didn't get any. It's impossible and against NDA to give you an answer on how many questions you will get on this topic but be prepared to get a couple of questions at the least.

Get the basics down, and go on from there. IPv4 is still there so you should not disregard it.
