Free Lab material ?

Does anyone know of any free lab material ? I plan on purchasing from INE, but do not have the money at the moment and really want to wait for the V4.o material to come out instead of taking Mark Snows word via blogs that all his material gets upgraded at no cost when test change. I would eally hate to get burned on something that expesensive thats not even lab equipment.

INE are stand up guys when it comes to that, so don't worry about getting burned.

Now onto free stuff. You can use the configuration guides online when you want to do specific task. I know thats not a big help, but the IOS configuration guides for IOS can help out a lot. Also if you Google "Cisco sip trunk configuration" things will pop up.
