I'm planning to transfer my comptia certificates to Umass and curious if anyone on here has done it before. It costs 300 to transfer and it's not refundable.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Many years ago I took a few classes for the MCSE and CCNA at the local CC and when I passed the exams they gave me credit for them.

SteveFT Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 149I just recently enrolled in the IT program at UMass Lowell. Do you have a link to the CompTIA certification information? I searched for it and didn't see anything.

I am interested in UMass Lowell also and want to know how IT certifications work. They recently started a Masters in IT program as well. -
TNL Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□I have my associate in IT and currently enrolled at Umass for my BSIT. I found out that to transfer your certifications, it'll cost you $300 for processing fee and it's non-refundable if your request is denied. The information is not listed online so you'll have to send them an email.

Santa_ Member Posts: 131 ■■■□□□□□□□Never knew they offered this at UMass Lowell. I would of done it before I started to enroll. I no longer go there though, but it is scary to know that there is a chance of it being declined and not getting a refund. I would call the admissions office and ask any questions you may have about this.
Glad to know there a fellow members on here that are from the area. We need to get food at Suppa's or Eggroll Cafe!
