Hi,
Im Priyanka, have done Bachelors of engineering in Computer Science and have 1 year of experience in helpdesk and 2 years of experience in system administration which included user id creation and administration on windows server using active directory, also AS400 administration and Lotus notes administration, basically in all these technologies the job was more into User ID management, as plan to change career i did course on Tivoli Storage manager which is into back up and restore and also i have certification in it, my efforts into job change is futile in case of TSM, Please suggest me on which technology is better to have good career.
