in CCNA & CCENT
I have been picking up a book here and there for over a year. Finally got serious about studying cisco certs and I passed it (CCENT 100-101) on the first try with a 920. I used the Odom books, and bowler labs. The bowler labs were overkill which made the test easier.
On to 200-101 CCNA, thanks to all the contributors on this site. It is such a great resouces. Just find what works and if you don't understand ... ask questions. I have purchased some switches on ebay two 3550's and two 2950's for under $120 which included shipping. One of the 2950's was DOA so I am hoping to get a refund soon to get a replacement. My goals for now is CCNP, but I tell you I really am enjoying some of the materials. One step at a time is my problem. I like to look ahead too much.

I have that same problem. Think it's a side effect of being exposed to so many talented and knowledgable members that are a part of this community. Too often I'm looking at the next step instead of what I'm currently focusing on now.Goals for 2018:

They are just CBT's and he does everything in GNS3, he walks you through just about everything in the program so you can learn to use it without going crazy. I am a pretty big fan of what I have seen so far, his site is below:
