help with group nesting

Im studying for the 70-410, and im having a hard time getting the whole permissions/nested groups section of the exam. Does anyone have any tips to memorize the group nesting / converting?

Do you mean converting from global groups to domain local or universal, or distribution to security groups?

Converting mostly.. and who can be members of certain types of groups.
