Is 70-680 retiring?

I was originally going for the MCITP certification, but I found out that I wouldn't be able to finish in time because it's going to retire soon. Can I still go for the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration? I was going through the retired exams and it's not on the "exams scheduled to retire" list.

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I just want to make sure I'm not reading anything wrong.
