Packet Tracer and HSRP issues

Hi guys

I'm trying to practice HSRP but i got stuck on this config. Every thing works fine until i config HSRP, after that i can't ping outside the vlans!

Any tips would be appreciated

Not sure PacketTracer is good for HSRP/VRRP/GLBP? Someone will chime in whose used PT for that

It works if your not using subinterfaces and VLans, The Vlans I'm still not sure about yet.

I tried it too.. I guess there is a bug in a packet tracer!!!!

The fact that PT doesn't handle hsrp very well is disapointing but at least now i know it's not something i was missing in my config

I put your config on real equipment and still had the same problem before I could double check it I got called away but I did notice your PC had the VLan 10 ip as the default-gateway. Hopeful I can get back to it in the next day or two.

I changed the default IP to my phantom IP but still had the same problem!

I have noticed a few times in pt 6.1 that if you check the version it is using 12. somthing but t his command was not in the IOS until 15 so that could be your problem.
