Hi

I have been taken an evening course for a few months but it appears to be closing down, due to to small class numbers.

The tutor has told me that he will leave my access to the CCNA curriculum through the https://www.netacad.com/ website for another week, but thats it as we are being refunding most of our course fee. I am only at Chapter 7 the Transport Layer.

Are you just able to sign up yourself or is that the point of paying the course fee to get access through the certified Cisco training center, which this college is? They also provide a half price first attempt at the exam, which will lose aswell.

I understand there is up to Chapter 12 in the first of 4 sections (the first 2 for the CCENT exam).

Some advice would be greatly appreciated, of where to go from here.

Either this was a very stupid question or people don't know.

I am really new to this, I wouldn't bother to ask if I know answer, please do reply if you know the answer :0)

    Much appreciated.

I don't know the answer but I believe it would be available on the netacad website. Your current instructor should also be able to address that question.

It sucks your course was cancelled. If you are capable of keeping yourself motivated then it can definitely be learned with self study. Spend some of the course money on a few pieces of equipment and a couple good books. Please let us know when you find the answer.

    Good Luck
