MTA 98-364 DB Fundamentals study material

Hello!
I might get a job that will require me to learn a lot about DB, Ms SQL Server and data mining.
I was thinking of taking 98-364 as a start. I have seen that there is an official Microsoft Press book but its reviews ain't that good!
Do you have any suggestion on what I might use?
