Does anyone perform security risk assessments in their security role? I'm looking for a process and a template, Does anyone know if there is standard such as NIST or SANS that have a risk assessment process and template?

Check out NIST 800-30 Rev 1, Guide for Conducting Risk Assessments as a start.
