Hey guys,
I have multiple USB-Ethernet adapters plugged into my Ubuntu laptop. I am just wondering if I can map these USB adapters to specific interface manually. For example, USB1 to eth1, USB2 to eth2, etc. Also, these adapters are plugged into a powered USB hub.
The reason why I would like to do this is, I don't want these USBs to change their eth# mappings if the laptop got disconnected from the power source or need a restart.
Thanks,
thm
