ICND2 Material question

jm0202jm0202 Member Posts: 87 ■■□□□□□□□□
So, i passed the old version of the ICND1 exam...and now i want to take the ICND2 version but now i have to take the "new version" of the exam. According to Cisco's web site I should take 200-101 exam.
However, i have a few questions:
I see the topics in ICND1 and ICND2 for the new version are different from the old versions...
should i take the 200-101 exam? or Am i better off studying for the 200-120 exam? (the new version for composite exam?).

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

I'd just study for the new ICND2. If you studied for the old, compare the blueprints and study what you haven't yet.

I'm sorta in the same predicament.

I'm going over the ICND1 material, paying close attention to all the new material. Then I'm going thru the ICND2 material afterwards. If anything, I'll just know the foundational info a little stronger.

I don't plan on taking the composite, but instead the ICND2.
    Goals for 2018:
Certs: RHCSA, LFCS: Ubuntu, CNCF CKA, CNCF CKAD | AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS Certified Security Specialist, GCP Professional Cloud Architect
Learn: Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus & Golang | Improve: Docker, Python Programming
    To-do | In Progress | Completed

they have added new topics on ICND2 200-101 Exam w/c weren't included on its previous ICND2. I think those are the topics you should focus on.

    DoubleNNs Wouldn't
So you are planning to take the ICND2, and re-read the new ICND1 & 2 focusing in the new sections? be easier to just take the composite and study just 1 book?
