Printer will only print pdfs in color not regular docs
As stated above, what the heck could be going on here? If I print from word or assumedly the web docs will not print color. When I print a colored pdf it will. We've checked the printing settings for documents, it should be printing in color. also I can say that there is an option in the printer control panel under printer- basic settings- pdf settings color profile is set to auto, as is PS settings auto as well. FYI Printer is a Ricoh 4500.
