Does anyone have a pre-drafted letter to submit to their boss about attending Cisco Live? My bosses are open to the idea but need justification for sending myself and another network engineer.

    IF you work for a Cisco Partner i dont see why you guys would need a strong justification for it...
    IF you are end client then that could be more troubleome though...
    What are you? partner or end custumer?

    We are a end customer, Enterprise level with 40 branch offices. The company has never sent any employees to Cisco Live or Tech Ed before. This is the first year that they want to startup trainings for the IT staff.
