Cissp vs csslp

I have 7 years of EXP in IT with 5 years in Application security. Please suggest the certification for me CISSP or CSSLP.

CSSLP is for people who have 5+ years of professional work experience using the Secure Application Software Development Life Cycle.

The CISSP is for people that have 5+ years of professional work experience in two or more of the ten domains in the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge. Application security is one of those domains.
