Hi All,
Thanks for hints and tips for my studies, Passed today with 980 :)

I used CBT Nuggets, Cisco Official Manual, GNS3 with the Route Lab book.

Switch, here I come!

    How long did you study for route? I just finished my CCNA and i'm trying to figure out a general time frame before i begin to delve into my CCNP.

    I started in August, did about 2 hours a night, so 4 months give or take.. The Cisco Press book is unreadable, so I only used it for reference when I didnt understand something, Nuggets were a life saver, and I spent 45 mins a night just doing GNS3 labs.

    Congrats on the pass! The route book is very hard to read if you're not labbing. If I wanted to go to sleep I'd read that book.

    that's why I love this place! joined in 2007, didn't make many posts, but found awesome advice from experts and novices!
