Somewhat experienced students post here

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, and just wanted to introduce myself as a somewhat experienced user/student.

I'm just curious as to to how many people have trouble because of their instructors(my instructor is Egyptian, so his accent is kind of difficult) and how did you overcome this challenge.

I haven't encountered this yet, but I suppose if it was me, one idea might be to bring in an audio recorder to record lectures and play them back as needed to understand what is being said. What school do you attend?
