Hello, I'm Aviv and I have the following certifications: MCTS, MCSA, MCITP: Windows 7 (I passed the 680 and 685 exams).
I want to get my next certification as MCITP: Windows Server 2008, so I looked at the Microsoft's Planner and got a bit confused, thats what I see there:

So my question is, if I will do and pass the 647 exam, I'll get that certification or I have to do those 3 exams thats written in the "Prerequisites" + the 647 exam?

its to late to attempt the 2008 enterprise admin cert. You can attempt the 2008 MCSA exam by passing 70-640, 70-642 and 70-646.

So why the MCP site shows me that in the Microsoft Certificate Planner?

The 640, 642 and 646 gets you the MCSA for Server 2008, while the 640, 642, 643 and 647 along with the client for the MCITP. The MCITP title is being retired Jan 31, 2014 so you will no longer be able to obtain the Entrprise Admin title.
