Best Replication Software for Replicating VMs and/or Standalone Servers

I'm working on a disaster recovery solution, and previously, I've used Doubletake for disaster recovery. It is a good product, and it allowed me to easily migrate my servers, and move office, but, it does have a few niggling issues. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding software to replicate Virtual Machines (in Hyper-V or Xenos), and/or standalone servers?

I've had good luck with Veeam and DPM. Just two for example...

Thanks Architect192. Are you currently using this? This is very helpful to know. Let me do some more research on exactly how it works, and what kind of reviews it has received.

I have tested it in my home lab while preparing for the MCSE 2012... Worked just fine. You can even do that over VPN, which is great and best of all.. it's free

I use it at one of my clients. It works pretty well. You can set it to retain copies, for example if you get a virus on your VM but you don't catch it until a couple of replication cycles later, you can recover the replica from the time before the virus infected the guest. I still suggest using a good backup solution as well - but that is a pretty handy feature. The only problem I have with it is that it won't light up the replica automatically if the master fails. You have to go in and right click on it and fail it over. I have been thinking that their must be a PS or .NET program someone could write to turn on the replica automatically in these situations.
