High CPU Utilization on Cisco 4506-E

Hello all, i have a cisco core switch 4506-E, its processor utilization is very high, 50% on average. after checking the output of "show process cpu detail" got to know that it is because of "ARP Input" process. anyone can suggest on how to solve this issue ? please see below the image
