IT Jobs - Unifying all Races, Cultures, and Religions

Hey everyone!

I am sitting in a VMware seminar and noticed something that is apparent in our industry and personally restores my faith in humanity. No matter the situation, Information Technology seems to be the field that can unify all Races, Cultures, and Religions. In this seminar alone there are sixteen of us, all from different countires, all with different native languages, all of different races, and with different religions. However, the common threat of the IT beast keeps us all united in a common venture, and the slaying of the beast gives us all equal encouragement and gratification.

So, hats off to our industry ladies and gentlemen. While other careers and career spaces may have their issues with tolerance, acceptance and equality, we seem to have mastered the universal attitude of teamwork.

It is true, because most of IT topics that IT people are working on are completely objective, especially the programming language part of it. When most of the other career fields are subjective, especially the liberal arts and humanity studies part.

Of course! Life requires balance. Good and evil. Can't escape the people who try to bring down a good thing, however the IT field is one of the few fields that most definitely sees past race, gender and culture. We all are "in it to win it", wanting to accomplish the same goals.

Love being an IT pro and IT student!
