GLaD0S11 Member Posts: 12 ■□□□□□□□□□I always think it's funny that these Network Admin/System Admin job listings always ask for a degree in Comp Sci. I don't know too many people with a degree in Comp Sci that aren't programming. It seems to me that a degree in IT or Information Systems would be much more appropriate.
In any case, if a 4 year degree, CCNA, MCSE, and 10 years of experience is going to get me 40K a year, I don't think any of us should be in this business. That seems absurdly low. -

I see Desktop Support jobs all over my area that pay that same salary range, and most of them usually only require 2-3 years experience, no degree, and few certs (if any). I'd like to know the name of that company so I can avoid them at all costs in the future.
