Outlook administration

1. what do you do if the user can send mail but cant receive it.
2. what do you do if the user can receive email but cant send it.

Check your mail server configs. If you don't know how to do that just check out this website.

There is a link under the topsites tab. Really good site. Go through some of the other links too and you should be able to find something to fix your problem.

Check the POP3 or IMAP settings.
