Ummm...reformat your hard drive and reinstall your 120-day evaluation copies of Windows 2000 Server and SQL Server 2000?
Oh, don't forget to detach or backup your databases before reformatting.
It's easier just to reuse clean images running in Microsoft Virtual PC 2003. -
