I currently work helpdesk and studying for the CCNA. My question is after the CCNA which would be more beneficial to landing an admin job a MCSA or a CCNP cert? As of right now I enjoy learning and working with both servers and networks.

Probably be better off going the Microsoft route as you'd be nicely rounded with some Server and Network certs
I went the other way, did MS first then started Cisco in 2008.

Thanks for the reply gorebrush. I was originally leaning toward CCNP but I believe that the MCSA would probably be a better route.
